At Medilag Guest House, we have certain booking rules and policies in place to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our guests. Here's what you need to know:
- Payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. However, a refundable sum of NGN 5,000 is charged as an incidental deposit in case of damage to the facility.
- Check-out time is 12:00 noon, and check-in time is 12:30 pm.
- Late check-out before 6:00 pm attracts a 50% charge of the room rate, while the full rate is charged after 6:00 pm.
- Full payment is required to guarantee the reservation.
- An extra adult staying in the room attracts an additional charge of NGN 10,000 per person.
- NO REFUND after a guaranteed reservation; reuse attracts a 50% extra charge.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises, with violators subject to a penalty of 50% of the room rate.
- All accounts must be settled in credit, and guests are advised to obtain receipts for all transactions.
